When install app, you may be asked to enter your: birth time and place information.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to improve our service. We need your birth time and place information to calculate horoscope, and your email adress to manage your license.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

GUARDIAN AND OBSERVER SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

The terms and conditions set out below apply to the subscription services offered by the Michał Sarnowski. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which makes subscriptions available to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOROSCOPE4U SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

1 GENERAL

Our horoscope analyzes the map of the sky when you were born, and compares it with the current positions of the planets. We obtain interpretations from professional astrologists on how every transit impacts on Your every day life. Moreover You can check where the description came from. We show professional charts with transits in pair with every interpretation. This way You can be sure You don't read a fake horoscope. Additionally You can check relationship with your partner or friends on percentage graphs and with wide descriptions.

Your subscription is personal to you and non-transferable.

Availability

Delivery subscription is only available to you are aged 18 and over.

Delivery

Delivery will take place immediately after purchase.

2 ORDERS FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

You may place an order for a subscription by making In-App Purchases.

3 SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

- as a trial You get an access to about 30% of Your daily personal horoscope with profession interpretations
- monthly subscription: 2.99$ (28-31 full interpretations)
- subscription for 3 months: 5.99$ (90-92 full interpretations)

4 PAYMENT

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

5 AMENDING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions may be managed by the user. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

6 RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided.

7 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Once we have accepted your subscription and payment, your subscription cannot be cancelled until the end of the Minimum Subscription Period.

We are unable to refund payment unless:

(a) we are unable to fulfil your subscription. If this is the case, you may obtain a proportionate refund for the unexpired part of your current subscription;
(b) there are exceptional circumstances, which we will assess on a case by case basis. If we then decide that exceptional circumstances apply we may, at our reasonable discretion, give you a proportionate refund;
If you have a query about obtaining a refund, please contact us. (see details in section ‎9 below)

We may cancel your subscription immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, including if we do not receive a payment when due from you. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact you, before your subscription is cancelled.

8 OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We shall not be responsible for any failure by us to perform our obligations to you in relation to your subscription where this failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10 GENERAL

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your subscription service. Any changes will be notified to you so that you can choose whether or not to cancel your direct debit or, credit or debit card payments, and whether to proceed with your next renewal. The changes will apply to your subscription from your next payment date after we notify you of such changes. If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions you should not continue to subscribe as this will indicate your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
